1.  用途: 用于輕、轎車制動器和剎車片的摩擦磨損性能試驗

2. 試驗對象: 載重量3.5噸及以下汽車液壓盤式 / 鼓式制動器總成或制動片。

3. 可執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn):Standard: QC/T 564、QC/T479、QC/T239、QC/T237、JASO C406、SAE J212、SAE J2522、EceR90 、ISO 11157、AK Master、VW-TL110等。

 

4．測試項目包括：

      制動器制動性能測試（包括效能、熱衰退、恢復(fù)、耐久、拖磨扭矩等）。

      駐車制動性能測試。

      水噴淋制動測試。

      靜扭測試等；

5. 主要參數(shù):    

  主軸最高轉(zhuǎn)速：2,100r/min

  最大扭矩：5000Nm

  慣量范圍： 5.4-260 kg.m2

1. Purpose: Friction and wear performance test for light, car brake and brake.

2. Test object: Vehicle hydraulic disc / drum brake assembly or brake sheet with a load of 3.5 tons or less.

3. Executable standards: Standard: QC/T 564, QC/T479, QC/T239, QC/T237, JASO C406, SAEJ212, SAEJ2522, ECER90, ISO 1157, AK Master, VW-TL110, etc..

4. Test projects include:

Brake brake performance test(including performance, thermal decay, recovery, durability, drag torque, etc.).

Test of parking braking performance.

Water spray brake test.

Static test, etc.;
